How to make The Best Steak Marinade
Ingredients :
4 steaks (your favourite cut - I used rump)
For the marinade
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
50 ml soy sauce
50 ml Worcestershire sauce
50 ml olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
3 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
Method :
Step 1
Place all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Step 2
Now place the steaks in a zip lock bag or sandwich bag and add the marinade. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 3
Add the steak to a hot pan or grill, then cook to your liking, allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with chips, enjoy!
