Egg Chop Recipe|| Egg Devil chop

Ingredients
3 Medium Boiled Potato
4 No Boiled Eggs
1 No Egg
3 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
2 Tspn Cornflour
2 Tspn Salt To Taste
1/4 Tspn Roasted Cumin powder
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
4 No Chopped Green chilli
1/4 Tspn Garam masala
1/6 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
50 ml Water For egg-cornflour paste
200 ml Oil For shallow Fry
Bhaja Masala
1 Tspn Fennel seed saunf
1 Tspn Cumin Jeera
1 Tspn Coriander Dhania
2 No Red Chili
1 No Bay Leaf Tej Patta
Instructions
Potato Mixture
In a bowl take boiled Potato and add garam masala, salt, bhaja masala and chopped green chili.
Mix and mash very well and keep aside.
Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil to it.
Once the oil is hot. Add chopped onion to it and saute for few seconds.
Now add ginger-garlic paste , salt, and roasted cumin Powder to it Fry masala properly and add Mashed Potato mix.
Cook Potato mix until moisture reduces or chop will absorb excess oil. Once frying is done take out potato mixture into a bowl and keep aside.
Coating
In a bowl take 1 egg white and yellow. add 2 tsp of cornflour, a pinch of salt and pinch of black pepper to it. Mix all ingredients very well. Egg-cornflour mixture is ready.
Take 3 Tbsp of Breadcrumb to coat egg Chop.
Cutlet Preparation
Take boiled eggs and slit it to avoid bursting of the egg during frying
Take a small portion of Potato mixture and flatten it. In the middle put a boiled egg and cover it to shape egg chop or egg cutlet.
Dip Cutlet into egg-cornflour Mixture and coat it properly. Immediately coat the same chop with breadcrumb. Repeat the same procedure to prepare all egg chops.
Once all egg chops are ready, refrigerate it for approx 30 min. Don't skip this step to get light and crispy egg chop/cutlet.
After 30 min, heat medium hot oil and fry egg chops very carefully.
Flip and fry evenly from all sides.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy it.
